As a child, I danced for hours, everywhere, on the playground, at home... Later, I discovered what I consider to be the best music in Belgian clubs ;-)

Katrien uses her music to calm your nervous system — dance as a form of healing, freedom and expression. During retreats and sober events at home and abroad, she creates the right vibe.

I dance every morning in my kitchen. We should move more ‘spontaneously’ in our culture. It's the ideal way to shake stress out of your body and start your day in a good mood.
